Water helps to regulate your body temperature, by the process of sweating you body is able to keep you cool, so water has the capacity to regulate the internal temperature of the body in response to the external temperature, sweat is the main means by which body prevents over heating when the temperature is very high outside.

3. Water helps in digestion and nutrient absorption, drinking water before or after meal will help your body break down the food you eat more easily this will help in digestion of food more efficently, water also helps in dissolving vitamins, minerals and other nutirents from your body.
