Plan of communication of information to Nursing Practice

1st-Meeting with Administration

To discuss scope of practice in Nursing. Clear policies should be made available according to standarized guidelines regarding scope of nursing in different speacilities.

This will enable nurse to work in more professional maaner with the avilable resources.

This will include nursing Manpower planning, utilization, their Job responsibilities and standarized opearting procedures.

The job responsibilities are clearly defined for various nursing specialities and diferent levels

• Wound Nurse
• Critical care nurse
• Basic nurse
• Chemo nurse
• Paediatric nurse
• 'Labor room nurse
• Operation theatre nurse
• Cardiac nurse

Customer and employee feedback are important quality indicators of any organization. This must be taken into consideration to improve the qualities of services rendered by any organization.

This has been communicated to all the staff to define what is expected by them, how the steps can be taken to enhance the services at patient bed side.
