The labor force can be given Behavioral and cross cultural training that makes them perform more closely in the work groups, but also they can better understand the customer queries and make them satisfied. It will increase the list of returning customers. As a result, the productivity increases and cost of operation comes down. Besides, it will develop tolerance and respect for each other in the organization also. It will bring superior cohesion I the group, leading to higher levels of engagement and lower level of employee turnover. It also improves the productivity.

Besides, the Amazon workforce can be trained on newly developed web & social media platforms so that they can create a first mover advantage. It makes them first opportunity to engage with the target audience and fulfil their needs. Hence, building capabilities of the employees, also increases the productivity level.
