B2C buying process vs B2B buying process
B2C buying process refers to that process where the business aim at selling the products to the end consumers and the focus is on emotion-driven marketing. In other words, when consumers purchase only one or two products for their own use, it falls under that category of B2C.
For example: Buying ipads for personal use is a case where a single ipad is purchased by a consumer for himself and it is a type of busines to customer buying scenario.
On the other hand, where the sale takes place between one business and another and no customer is involved in such a buying behavior, it is called Business to Business buying process. The quantity in this case is larger than in case of B2C buying. And bulk order are placed by one business to be bought from the other.
For example: Buying more than 100 ipads for a firm is an example of B2B buying process. Hence, the end customer is also a business form.
