Social problem often involves aboriginal and Torres strait islanders it needs to be approached with consideration of social, historical, community, family, and individual factors. their community differs considerably from different charecteristics different from geographic location, urban, rural and remote communities. Ensure culturally competent care including flexibility the service providers. involve the indigenous community in the planning of the service structure. programs should be conducted in an informal, non-threatening level, the cost of service should be less for their affordability. understand their cultural issues and complex needs include them in everyday cavities and include elders in participation in program delivery. a strong relationship with indigenous program participants employ local people in the part of the team by a deep understanding of cultural issues and respect with personal quality for working cross  culturally.
