ACT 5:
If petty cash does not match then:
a) Check for the unrecorded transactions that might have been left by mistake.
b) Reconcile with they payments made and check for any clerical errors.
c) Check whether any pending traction is there for which the payment has already been made.
Act 9:
Legislations are laws, collectively. Legislations define the ethics and work culture of any place. Liberal legislations might be taken advantage of and might increase the chances of people not abiding with it and turn the workplace into a mess while too harsh legislations turn the workplace into a battleground and make people uneasy to the culture tense and often leads to complete turndown of the workplace. Therefore the workplace should be legislated with precautions. On one side laws like sexual harrasment and equality should be followed strictly, laws regarding workplace dressup etc could be a little eased. It takes a lot of time and patience to frame the right kind of legislation in the workplace to keep it working and not tense up the things.
Act 12:
Each company needs a specific skillset to workout the mathematics of its working. Some skills and knowledge are primarily needed to give direction to the company the management and other things also need to be done so as to keep it moving and at every level different kind of knowlegde is needed. For example a manager would need a compeltely different knowledge than a entry level employee. same way an engineer would need a completely different knowledge than a CPA to carryout their tasks and errands. The company needs to identify the right level of knowledge held by individuals before signing of work to them.
