strengths refers to the positive aspects that may include the resources, skilled labour, technology or any other internal capabilities that give the organization a positive energy to perform better.

2. weaknesses :-

weaknesses refers to the internal aspects of an organization that are usually negative that can bring down the morale of workers in an organization and the hinders the overall performance of an organization.

3. Opportunities :-

Opportunities refers to the positive favorable set of circumstances that are external to an organisation and can be controlled or exploited for the organisations benefit or evolve in the external environment.

4 Threats :-

Threats refers to the negative unfavorable set of circumstances that are again external to an organisation that becomes an obstacle for an organisation to exploit its opportunities and hinders its growth.
