Smoking right:

Smokers right often claim that government should not process smoke-free laws because smoking is a personal choice that will come under constitutional right to liberty..But it does not allow smokers from smoke - free laws..but justification passing a law it should affect someone in common place..so the law violates the due process to stop their liberty..it helps stopping them from smoking with out an adequate justification.
