*please explain in detail with accurate scholarly information. *please cute referencses.Thank you!
An ideal or perfect healthcare system would have the features like
universal coverage, the choices innovation flair and speed.
According to Britnell, the perfect healthcare system is composed
of
Primary care of Israel, Community services of Brazil, Mental health
and wellbeing of Australia, Research and Development of the
U.S.
Aged care of Japan, Information, communication and technology of
Singapore, Funding of Switzerland. Unfortunately, all the necessary
characteristics are not perfectly blended in any countries.
Technology allows developing countries in displaying innovation in
patient care, work processes and staff training. In some countries,
healthcare involves a prevention-based model with low costs and
impressive life expectancies and the patient is empowered for
medical decision making. Despite many potential advantages
Two-tiered system or blended model of the United Kingdom or
Australia has some proven difficulties.
To evolve the current health care system changes must be made in order to be politically and fiscally acceptable to the entire population. The provincial entities would allow increased transparency and accountability toward quality, accessibility, fiscal awareness and prudence. Inefficient healthcare customer service could become a focus. The impact of the political interference that currently overruns health care systems must be reduced. The public and private partnerships would allow accrued benefits for both the system and the consumer.
The healthcare system must be able to provide timely access to high quality, affordable care and one that also promotes innovation of new tests and treatments. The delayed access of healthcare services can be stressful, agonizing and in some instances harmful.
Affordable care is also an important aspect. Beyond access, of course, we need the care that we can afford. In a broader sense a perfect healthcare system will not deny the services to anyone needed because of unaffordability.
A standardized, accessible, timely and affordable care that is developing its body of knowledge by means of research can be considered as a perfect healthcare system.
