War on poor is an important topic to be discussed. The American Bail System can be said as the war on poor. The bail system has many flaws and it is more centered towards the rich prisoners. The monetary incentives are required to get a bail. The people have to pay a large sum of money post bail. Thus the rich prisoners will get a bail and make their way out of the prison where as the poor prisoners or offenders has to remain in the prison as they dont have much money to pay.In United states the term bill generally refers to the money that is to be paid by the accused to the court to get released .The money is held by the court until the case is solved. This bail amount set by the court is usually very high and thus the poor accused cannot afford a high amount and thus they dont get released. This is basically a war on poor.

Pretrial bill plays an important role for the poor convicts. The pretrial bill requires the judicial to carry out a pretrial assessment process for the accused within 24 hours. Thus it does not require any monetary incentives to be paid by the accused for getting released.Pretrial bill can make significant changes in the criminal judicial system as they can be used in the primary stages of the jurisdiction process.

Only at recent the jurisdiction had done something on the bail.An reformed bill was passed by 2014 and Maryland court ruled in February 2017 that the accused should not be held in jail only because they cant pay the bill amount .Pretrial Service Agency is the best way to eliminate the flaws in the bill system
