The South west Airlines has been contributed to build the brand equity by following activities which the airline has taken up :

  1. Complete effective service: The airlines has been providing the services to the customers and the employees very effectively. This is correspondingly contributing to the general society.
  2. Focus from upstream to downstream activities : The airlines are looking towards the downstream activities like services to customers, contacting the customers, better facilities to the customers etc.
  3. Facing competition effectively : The competition in the industry has been faced by Airlines more effectively than the other competitors.
  4. Easing ticket selling : The selling things to the customers has been made by the Airlines, through online and easy availability with the mediators.
  5. Customer care: The airlines has forced its activities towards recognizing the difficulties of the customers and solving them at the early stage.
  6. Awareness in Customer network : The airlines has been focusing at the spreading of network within the customers which bring the customer back and back to book the flights.
