The theory of deviance includes--Conflict theory-This theory applies to the importance of individual behavior in society which influences one's ability to communicate and interact in society based on the shortcomings of the person so as to provide hindrance and obstacles hampering the success path in the career of the person which is discussed by the community members in society.It was developed by karl Marx, weber,Habermas,and Focault.Karl marx emphasises on the capitalist system of job working opportunity in society, where the employees and workers are exploitated by the owner of the company for the benefit of the company.The individual merit and demerit depends upon the earned capital income which is the result of hardwork and dedication of the workers in the company.The argument continues ahead to discuss the problems of family and society based on the heritage and accumulated family wealth in society.The male dominancy is discussed with emphasis on more job opportunities than women and disparity in the volunteering of raising children in childhood.The emphasis is on analysing the cooperation and interaction between husband and wife with respect to every sphere of life along with spread of love,emotions, and appreciation and respect for elders in society. The specific example which can be considered as an incidence of deviance is marital discord,divorce, payment of alimony and court cases arising due to lack of cooperation, understanding,cheating and duping in relationship between husband and wife in family life with criminal intent and misbehavior leading to murder, and burnt victims in society.
