The key reasons for an organisations to invest more resources on projects are:

Nowadays, the market is very competititve and in order get a foothold in the market every organisation is trying to improve their services or products for the consumers that is why they are investing more resources.

The increase in investment of resources in a project is not only limited to its products but they are also trying to improve the organization project management competency basically they are trying to improve their employees managerial skills which will improve the way the project is managed .

An organisation is not owned by one individual , there are many stakeholders in an organization and in order to impress them or convince them to instill their faith and invest more in that particular organization and it will in turn attract more investors for the organization. This will also impress the clients and the general public too which will lead to the growth of that organization.

These factors has a major influence on the way the project is managed because the reputation of an organization is at stake after investing huge resources on it and since I have mentioned above that the organization also invest in improving managerial skills of their employees which will lead to the betterment of the project and it will be managed more efficiently since the risk factor is high the management also works properly to maintain the reputation of their organization
