Identify and apply the basic functions of management such as staffing planning
The basic functions of management are planning, organising, leading and controlling and in emplyees management there is staffing planning. The planning functions are important to plan the whole thing in a management process. By planning an organisation go through a direction and for this direction there need to be planning at every stage.
Second is organising and this organising is important because with out any organised manner we can not achieve a broader goal. An organisation structure helps to achieve division of work in different parts and the organising efficiency helps to bring together all the components of human resource and the company achieve a certain goal.
Third is leading, leading is one of the main compartment and to run a organisation. This leading and leadership approach brings motivation among the employees. The leadership approach plan to develop certain goals and objectives to achieve the main goal of the organisation.
Controlling is another basic function of management. By controlling there are measured any diversification of goals and objectives and different controlling policy is taken. This controlling helps to grip all the activities of an organisation. The managers identity the deviations from its goal and take several measures.
