If Judge smith looks to Webster's dictionary to determine what the meaning of the words " physical" and "store" mean, what type of analysis would he be engaged in?

Article III Judge Smith is asked to review a provision of Congress' recently enacted law titled, the National Bubblegum Trade Act, which in part, requires all sales of bubblegum to be conducted in physical stores and now we look over meaning of the words than store means storing for future purpose and physical relating to availibility of chweing gum in physical manner.

If we look over the analysis of the act first statemnt of the question claerly states that sales of bubblegum should be in physical store but nothing out of that so if storage found has to go through penalties.

1 - Chewing gum was causing maintenance issues in high-rise public-housing apartments, People are quite careless in dispoing the gums. It is witnessed that gum in mailboxes, inside keyholes, and on lift buttons. Chewing gum left on the ground, stairways, and pavements in public areas.

2- These disturbing attitudes and human behaviour added cost to the economy which is eventually unwanted. Gum stuck on the seats of public buses was also another problem.

3- There are multiple health issues of using the product like tooth decay, temporomandibular joint disorder (TJB), irritable bowl syndrome, mercury release from dental fillings.

4- There are few benefits like burning of calories, fight drwosiness, lessen depression, eliminate Nause.

If we look over analysis we can conclude benefits are few but diadvantages are heavier side. So overall this does not only come with health effects but costing to the economy with increasing expenditures and destroying environment of human settlements. This bill comes with regulation bring out the awareness but also with sense of responsibilty among humans. All we need to do is Love our Mother Earth with care.
