Following the review of existing curriculum use at the
department of nursing University of Oxford two new courses supply
chain management and therapeutic communication we're introduced. Mr
Grace and Oscar past student and the nurse manager at University
hospital kwadaso respectively were invited as part of the
curriculum committee. The department uses the block system for
clinical practice. As a senior lecturer at the nursing

Answer: Past students will help update the curriculum by sharing the experience during his or her study time. The past student can also share the problem face in the previous curriculum. So this will helps in modification of the curriculum as the curriculum is developed base on the student education centered. The involvement of nurse manager will help to understand any topic to add or remove or modified base on the current evidence-based practice which is followed in the hospital.

- cognitive level of the student: The curriculum should be developed base on the cognitive level of the students. It should appropriate to the specific course.
- Resource material and facilities: The curriculum should be developed base on the available resources for the practice and facilities that the organization can provide to the teacher and students during the class.
- Time: The curriculum should be set base on the limited given period of time for the course. It should be made in such a way that the teacher can able to complete in those given periods of time. So in the curriculum time to be completed also should be mention.

Answer: The curriculum committee reviews the previous curriculum to update it. With change in time, there is many new practices and knowledge are developed and modified. To make compatible with the current changes, there is need to update and modified the curriculum before starting the new session.

Answer: A block system or model of clinical education is the planning of time schedule for the students based on the time or hours assigns at a particular hospital for the clinical practice. The hours are strictly calculated and it should not be less than what is assigned by the curriculum. This helps to complete the task at the given time. During this time the all the students should expose in the clinical practice to increase their clinical practice skills.
