This is mutliple regression model

based on the output give, , the regression equation is formed using the coeffieints as

Y = -1.215 +0.672*undergradGPA +0.0031*GREVerbal -0.00067*GRE Quant +0.0117*Motivation

considering an alpha of 0.05 , we shall reject all the variables as insignficant for the model if the corresponding p value is greater than 0.05 , which in this case is for GRE quant .
Else the p values for the other variables is less than 0.05

please note that
if the p value is less than 0.05 (or assumed alpha) , then we say that the independent variable is signficant for the model

if the p value is not less than 0.05 (or assumed alpha) , then we say that the independent variable is not signficant for the model
