Dairy products being the top most recommended food substances for calcium, are not the only solution for building up a good calcium concentration in human body. A person may be lactose intolerant which will prevent him/ her from consuming dairy food supplements like- milk, yoghurt, cheese, butter etc. But this is not the end of anything.
