Reasons of PepsiCo expansion in International market :


1.lt has strategic plan to expand Pepsi business worldwide with its wide product lines particularly macro snacks with beverages in the beginning.

2.The purpose of the company is to develop strong logistics in order to reach its global consumers and make its all brands available.

3.The Top marketers of Pepsi company researched on the global market position to identify the perception of the consumers to meet the present and future demand of the local consumers.

4.One of the main objective of Pepsi brand is to offer the best quality products at the lowest possible market price to increase sales volume along with market share

Thats why it uses mostly inexpensive and recyclable plastic bottles in production & manufacturing as the purchasing power of the customers in the Middle East and other Asian countries are not very much high.

5.Heavy investment in Marketing of Product with celebrities' of different countries as well as Hollywood & Bollywood promotion created company's brand value in international market

3. New policy of the company should be shareholders. introduced before the competitors launch
