Your current trial is underway, and you are recruiting participants for a randomized controlled trial in which participants will receive either the medication or a placebo. It specifically can affect how the patient perceives their condition as well as how they encourage the body's chemical processes specifically for relieving the pain or the disease conditions. It has many effects in many patients including chronic diseased patients and is also used jn research studies

In pharmacology, the bioavailability of a drug is a subcategory of the absorption and is the fraction or the percentage of an administered medication that specifically reaches the systemic circulation of the person .

It is important to you as to find the amount of drug that reach the systemic circulation. Only tge drug that reach the systemic circulation of body will produce a phacological effecf so it should be calculated accordingly. So for you to calcualte the correct dose and to get the pharmacological effect the bioavailability of drug is important
