Yes, increase in minimum wage may leads to unemployment because if minimum wage increase then business has to invest more capital in his business and then there will be less profit or sometimes it may suffer from losses and then business also has to pay wage to the workers and if not able to pay then they will leave the company.

Disagree with it because it will definately result in lack of employment and somewhere also reduces the skills of workers.

Other vital that should be taken in consideration should be that government should raise minimum wage rate to a minimum limit so that it do not affect the employment rate and also helps the workers.

Conscious capital means operate business ethically by serving the interest of all stakeholders.

It can helps in generating more employment because it focus more on ethical business works and social work so it provide employment to people with there minimum wage rate.
