Post 2000's the dependence of every individual on the use of Mobile technology has rapidly increased making it one of the hottest industries all across the globe. This has also reflected in international policy making and microeconomics in which decisions on key components of an organization such as demand, advertising, employee-employer relationship etc. can be taken relatively easier by an organization.

The technology in itself combined with the Internet as a network has increased the exposure of international business community and widely changed how key international decisions are taken at the micro economic level.

The benefits of the technology towards international organizations and their microeconomic policies is as explained.

  • Organizations can make demand estimation relatively easier. This happens because of the high quality and quantity of data which the mobile technology has allowed to be collected and analyzed to view trends. This is not limited to a particular location which is of prime help to international organizations. All data can be collected nation wise and trends can be drawn which makes decision making easier.
  • In micro-economics, advertising plays a major role. With the use of Mobile technologies, companies can deliver personalized advertising experiences and reach out to the consumers in a better manner.   • The mobile phone technology has increased employer employee engagement and has made it possible for companies to reach out to the employees in a better manner. Employee feedback can be tracked easily and the company can easily identify relative problems in a particular sector and address the same in a better manner respectively.
  • With increased role, as explained above, demand for products and services is also on the rise, thanks to the mobile technology. Ecommerce has increased both revenue and demand in which mobile technologies have played a very large role. This reflects on demand patterns of the organization and has helped them in becoming bigger players and sell their products all across the globe even when being small in nature thus increasing their overall exposure respectively.
