Overcrowding in emergency departments is a problem in many countries around the world, including the United States and Chile. Emergency department (ED) overcrowding causes problems for patients and staff, including increased waiting times, increased ambulance diversion, increased length of stay, increased medical errors, increased patient mortality, and increased harm to hospitals due to financial losses.

Dr.Denis and rest of the Er staff ensured effective communication to the patients and throughout the entire team inorder to smooth functioning of the shifts.proper triaging,immediate registration and undelayed discharges need to be maintained effectively to reduce emergency department complications.

Chester hill need to address the issue in a problem solving method to reduce future Events,proper staffing,proper communications,proper education managing discharges and educating patients,counselling of patient need to be discussed in better perspective.
