Answer -• Programs and policies adopted by government for the welfare of society are known as social security program. Such programs are mainly for the retired people, relatives if the deceased, people with disability etc. Govwrnment makes policies and provides these people with the social benefits for the betterment of the society.

• Social security program helps people in need like disabled people to earn a decent living by providing them with benefits as they don’t have the ability to work like other people.

• Such programs helps people who are with or without their fault in a bad condition than the rest of the society. People who like alone because the working member pf their family died, then in such cases the programs come into being and help the people live a decent life.

• Security programs help the people who are not able to afford the services such as medicare or medical facilities. These programs help people in getting free or low cost check ups so that the health of such people are not compromised.

• The basic motive of social security programs is to make people live a good life and help them get on their feet, and if getting on yheie feet is not possible then it peovides with enough benefits so they can live a peaceful and good life. In other words it makes people’s life better off.
