The subject learned in the business law class will definitely don't make business owner a perfect business tycoons as it's main aim is to not make people earn profits but to make people conduct business in the way that law accepts and also how to make business with no negative legal consequences.

Every thing I learn in the class is very important but if I have to pickup one then I would pickup contracts as it says us how create a legal business relationship through the way that law accepts and also how to break the business relationship with lowest legal consequences possible.

In 20th century,we cannot do anything without having a legal vision.That applies for business also.As I further continue the course I would rather like learn all sets of law that are necessary for conducting business and how can they be applied practically in every business decision we make as the business which is successful legally will definitely successful in both competitively and financially as it increases the Goodwill of the business in the view of interested segment of the people.
