-Managing conflicts over resources and medical equipment.

-Resolving conflicts among doctors and sisters.

-Conflict among new medical development.

The deontology describes that a person should adhere to his or her duties particularly when precautions are available to prevent transmission of covid 19.

The Utilitarian concentrate on the one right action that will bring good thing for largest number of people.Vaccination is the method,that would help to reduce transmission of covid 19 among patients,public,family members and patients with certain illnes.

Preparation should be done in prior for vaccination,Medical association have to give approoval after its successful clinical trial.Health workers and people with illness will be prefered initially.
