Your daughter/son has overheard you talking with classmates about business plans. They ask you to help them develop a business plan for their lemonade business. If my daughter/son want to open a lemonade stand for the summer, i have advice them following necessity:-
A) Budget:- How many children are there in their group so that we all can plan budget according to that for their lemonade stand.And will plan how to set stall and where.
B) Work Allocation :- I will suggesting them to divide group in 4 parts or if there are less individual then each individual can do separate task ie.
a) Account and taking orders group- This group will handle account part plus take order from customers.
b) Process of Lemonade group- This group will make fresh lemonade for each customer. And on weekly basis what all things are required in the shop make list of that and give it to serving group.
c) Washing group - In this group they will do washing of utensils and glasses which was used in making leamonade and serving the people.
d) Serving Group - This group will serve drinks to the customers .And by weekly basis shopping list this group will shop with good quality product.
C) I will explain them importance of team work and doing work with self discipline and good heart.
