Expert Solution

Components of Epidemiological triad are agent, host and environment.

When host is immunodeficient and in favourable condition of environment.. Agent will infect host. There is a trian between this three component to occcur any disease. Here in case of food borne disease agents are some bacteria and virus for eg compylebactor, salmonella sp, clostridium perfirgens, Hep A. Host is human being. Some favourable condition of environment will allow to infect this agent to infect host. Agent are host all present in same environment but some favourable condition needed for agent to infect host.

Eg in case of milk.. It needs to be pasturized so milk borne bacteria virus and spores will be killed, so environment not favourable for host. Hand and utesnsil must be clean before taking food. Food must be kept cover so fly camt seat on food and spread disease. Compylebactor mainly spread in those who handle raw meat and paultry. So after handlimg this hand must be clean properly so agent cant infect as environment is not favourable. Meat and paultry kind of food must be cleaned properly and cooked in high temperature to kill the bacteria. In this way the favourable condition for agent to infect host must be altered so that the chain of spread of agent will break. Overall health of host must be improved so that agent cant easily effect host. So otbreak of disease will be limited.
