Explain how a valid contract differs from one that is void or voidable.
Valid contract are those contracts which are enforceable by the law. These are the legally binding contract and these contract are having all such element of the essential contract which will make them valid.
Valid contract will be different from void or voidable contract because void contracts are not enforceable by the law and voidable contract is only enforceable by the law at the option of one party.
In the valid contract, there will be proper intention of both the parties to perform the contract whereas in void and voidable contract there will not be the intention of the parties to perform the contract
in the valid contract, there will be all elements of the essential contract whereas void and voidable contract will not be having all the element of essential contract.
