Benefits of regular intake of
fruit,vegetables and dairy -
*fruits contain vitamins and minerals which are most important to
function body systematically and with out any deviation from normal
health.
* vegetables also contains the high levels of fibers which is good
for the digestive system and prevents developing the digestive
problems and colon cancer
*fruits and vegetables also rich in poatssium which helps for
maintaining heart function and blood pressure and avoids the
cardiac problems.
*fruits and vegetables low in calorie which helps to maintain the
body weigh also.
*fruits usually contains good content of water and maintains the
fluid balance when we consume seasonal fruits it balances the body
temperature also.
*dairy products like milk,cheese and yogurt are good source for the
calcium and the protien.calcium is necessary to maintain the heart
function,bone health and the protien is needed to maintain the body
building and prevents developing infections.
overall by having the fruits ,vegetables and dairy products daily
helps to improve the immunity and stays fit.
