Usually evaluation is of two types- internal evaluation and external evaluation.

Internal evaluation/Assesment-Internal evaluation is done by selected company members to note the problem that causing downward rating. It is a mangement tool and by keeping company members one can feel privacy while expressing their views to sort out mistakes regard to collection of objective data, procedural mistakes we doing etc

External evaluation-It is done by external member who was mastered in that particular subject. This type of evaluation is more objective .some people will express thrie views only to outsiders because of fear .It is costly compared to internal evaluation but gives qualitaive answers.

BY following evaluations/assesments we can solve the problem ,by idenifying the problem we have to reverse the steps that was followed prior .

Sometimes while collecting objective data we may cross ethical issues which will cause disgusting the patients and we have to reduce the number of appointments .we should take every step like financial assistance( if pateint needs to travel),giving moral support and firm motivation to continue the survey process until final desired result is achieved.

We have to satisfy employee needs to get our output with good quality beem.we have to properly manage the schedule and we have to reduce the work load of employees.constant motivation should be provided and mental recreation should be given for employee to avoid boredom.we have to take suggestions from employees for view thier problems regard to survey procedure.

If we involve hamlet heads(where we want to do survey) during the planning and designing of survey we can overcome the ethical, cultural issues .

The recent data that was obtained after modifying the problems will help to give a good output.
