Does the United States have any ethical duties to undocumented (illegal) aliens who come here to work? How can the law be fair and balance the rights of immigrants, their families, the companies that employ them, and U. S. citizens??
Absolutely. The United States do have ethical duties to undocumented (illegal) people who come here to work. The United States need to build a fair and an effectively functioning of the immigration system because they play a vital part of the nation’s economy.
The law can be fair and balance the rights of immigrants, their families, the companies that employ them, and U. S. citizens by-
· The law needs to be fair and well-functioning immigration system to meet the ever-changing needs.
· There should be evidence based ways for immigration that helps them to say together with families; to help the businesses to help people of particular skills. This enhances the lifestyle of the immigrants by providing them with better salaries and safe working conditions.
· The United States should establish a refugee system to help those in need of protection receive fair treatment.
· It is the nation’s duty to provide medical care to all the people (both immigrants (illegal), legal and other U.S citizens.
· There should be a path for undocumented immigrants to become citizens of the nation. This would ensure that both U.S citizens and undocumented immigrants to obtain all the benefits the country provides and treat them equally and fairly.
