Ans (a) Banana is the best thing to eat before workout. It increases blood sugar level. Yogurt omelettes and peanut butter is also helpful as preworkout meals. Drinking blend of caffeine and guarana is also beneficial. It means pre workout meal should always be hypoglycemic.
Water is the best thing to drink during workout but amount should be little as drinking huge amount of water can cause trouble durinb workout.
Meals having low calorific value and higher amount of carbs and proteins are good for post workout meal. Apple banana rice chicken are some smart choices for post workout meal
Ans. (c) Hydration is an essential part for an athlete and for a normal person as well. Nicely hydrated body make you feel and look good. Trouble with hydration occurse because a lot of reasons. Water should always be purified.besides water some other drinks like coconut water and fruit juices help you in getting rehydrated.
