The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) established the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to assist employers and employees lessen the pains, illnesses and death rate on the job in US.
Health care practitioners should follow basic and occupational safety and healthcare hazards preventions for infection control in the medical office such as starting to prepare a list of prevention measures from an infection like hand sanitizing often every 1 hour that will help the people or employees to spread the infection to other people. Informing employees to take the regular tests so that they can come to know who is infected. It makes sure that employers implement engineering and workplace equipment and personal protective equipment to control infection. health care practitioners should aware of the employees about infection and how fast it can spread from human to human or in any other way so that they can take personal precautions to avoid. healthcare practitioners should develop policies and rules as of when the employees can be considered to be infected or what will be the symptoms of the infection. How infected person should take measures so that infection is not spread to other people in the office.
