The above act is called Remediation. Remediation means that the work of an employee is thouroughly checked by a superior person who may be the manager or supervisor. if any weakness is found in the work of employee and employee fails to correct it or continue giving poor performance then he can be suspended or fired.
At will employment is a type of employment where an employer can fire/dismiss an employee without any reason.
As the name suggest, worker buyout means removing the employees after offering some financial incentives to them.
Performance appraisal is also known as employee appraisal or Annual review. Under performance appraisal regular review of employee is done to evalue his growth, skills and achievements.
Termination is when the job of an employee end. it can be either voluntary or involuntary. Employees can also be terminated if there is no work available for them.
