COMPARE AND CONTRAST QUALITY OF HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IN FRANCE AND UNITED STATES

* Comparison - France and United States health care systems are functioning depending on private and government insurance.

* Both health care systems are against keeping restrictions on patient, patients have the full freedom to decide on their care.

* In France The National Health Insurance system is incharge of paying doctors, and paid according to a centrally planned fee schedule and US also follow similar system, doctors are paid(fee -for-service) by government through medicare or medicaid.

1)According to WHO FRANCE has the best health care system, ranked first (2000), but UNITED STATES ranked 37 (2000)

2)France have universal coverage system, US does not have a universal coverage system.

3)France providing health care for every citizens, affordable and effective :US -Health care is expensive and least effective making many people vulnerable for not seeking health care.
