Workings
Cash Flow Statement can be prepared in 2 ways - Direct and Indirect method. The attached one is prepared using the Indirect method.
To calculate dividends paid the formula used is beginning equity + net income - ending equity
For purchase of asset the equation used is current year balance - (previous year balance - depreciation charged in the current year)
