Ryanair company has many management problems, one specific of
them being overloading on the staff & staff losing their
jobs.

Work overload and staff losing their jobs- Most of the companies employees are facing the problem of work overload from the employer and they end up losing their jobs. Ryanair company is also facing this problem in their company, most of the company need more profit and there main target is to achieve the goal and to achieve more profit the company puts pressure on their employees and give them more work so that the objective can easily get achieved.
Why company overload the work on staff and the staff losing their jobs-
1- The company can't bear to employ new individuals. So overburdening current staff with additional hours or higher volumes of work may appear to be fundamental. The companies can likewise believe that by allotting more assignments to workers they urge them to create as experts but due to this problem the staff end up losing their jobs.
2- Overloading leads to positive outcome for companies but overloading have some negative results such as employee start to switch their jobs and they start to avoid the work.
3- The company is having many competitor in the market and to be at the top among all company puts work pressure on their employees and make them work hard to stay at the top but due to overload of work the employees start losing their jobs.
The suggestion for Ryanair company to solve the problem of overloading of work and staff losing their jobs are-
1- The company should hire more employees in the department were more pressure are their amongs the employees.
2- Proper distribution of work among the employees so that no pressure comes onany single employee.
3- Motivate your employee and positive environment should be there in the work place so that employee work with full motivation and with their full efficiency.
4- Incentive and bonus plan should be launched for the employee who work more then 8 hours in a day and extra amount should always be paid for extra amount of work.
5- The company should reward their employees for the best performance, this will lead to competition among the employees and they will work hard to be at the top.
6- Salaries should be revised after 1 year so that the employees will not think to switch the job and better working environment will be there among company and their employees.
