We spent a lot of time looking at all the important elements required to design and launch a business website. We looked at different elements used to "measure" the success of the website. Remember clicks, click throughs, visitors, etc? So how do we optimize a website? Take a few of your favorite websites that you buy items from and talk about things you think that they could do to optimize (enhance/make better) their site

The website can be optimized as:

  • There should enough data on the website so that the data on the website can be analyzed for the discovering specific patterns in the data.
  • The website is well supposed to be optimized to be working on the mobile devices just like it works on the desktops and laptops. The website should be should support responsive design and the functionality should be mobile friendly.

The e-commerce webite require optimization in the following way:

  • The pricing that are related with the products is supposed to be relevant to that product. There should be discounts and offers to attract people to the website.
  • The website is supposed to provide all the functionality on the mobile devices as it provides on the desktops and laptops. The speed of the website should not be compromised while being used on the mobile device.
