Answer:

Turkey is a country is stands amongst western Asian & eastern Europe with their capital as Istanbul which isn’t just a tourist destination of most of the global travelers but also is specially know as a home of iconic Hagia Sophia. The culture is turkey is quite equipped with a diverse culture (heterogeneous sometimes) which has integrated taking combined account of several cultures east Mediterranean as well as, central Asian & Eastern Europe regions.

Turkey as majority is an Islam oriented country with a good overall touch of European culture. Several references of history resulting to the political outcomes are largely distinguished with united states hence one of the really important things are to have a respectful approach towards Turkish culture.

Three similarities about the Turkish and the culture of united states of America are as below,

  • Much more democratic style of the management
  • A hierarchical style of leadership
  • High Authority relationships across the globe, especially in top down communication

In terms of starting training for an employee in the country the first part of the training would emphasize upon the understanding of the cultural & social stigma in the country post which the official and technical training will be imparted

I would include the whole social and cultural information about the country. I would also try to include the likeminded culture of social communication in the country to be able to make sure that the employee feels comfortable dealing with the local customer & colleagues.
