Auguste Comte is known as the father or founder of sociology. Auguste Comte was very much interested to study the sociology or society because of the changes during the period of French revolution and industrialization. He wants to know the changes of society and also wants to recognize the factor of these changes due to Urbanization and Industrialization.

So many social problems were arises due to the changes of society. Some of this problem was related to Poor Urban. Not only that, after the revolution of Industrialization so many people left their farmer occupation and moved to the city for finding a suitable job in the factories. Auguste Comte was very much conscious about the extensive social changes due to the Industrialization. But while researching or doing analysis about these social changes, he found that there is no subject which could address the social issues. He also felt the necessity of a new subject in which we can discuss about the social changes and social problems. So he brings a new science to discuss about the society and the changes of society. This new subject is called the Sociology.

Conclusion

So after discussing the whole factors we can conclude that 19th Centuries Industrialization have made so many social changes and this social changes was the influence for the development of sociological thought. The first Initiative was taken by the Auguste Comte who is considederd to be the father of sociology.
