The National Council of State Boards of Nursing is an independent ,not for profit organization through which nursing act and counsel together on mater of common interest and concern affecting public health ,safety and welfare , including the development of Nursing Licenture examinations.

The nurse should advocate the patient about their legal rights, privacy protection, right to choose whether to participatein a research or not
Self respect and Morality has to be followed by the nurse
It is the ethical duty for a nurse to spread knowledge and information about healt and wellness to avoid disease
The nurse sholud stay active in the discussion and debate related to social changes and reforms
Nurse Licensure Compact
It allows nurse to have one multistate licence, with the ability to practice in home state and other compact states
It is a modern licensure for 21st century as a mutual recognition
This act enables a Nurse to practice any where in the country without any discrimination or change in the rules and regulation or responsible and accountable for the deeds
