1) Healthcare in the US will no longer focused on primarily on care provided at the point of service that is at the time when a person is Ill, it will have a Broder view such as health promotion,popular health and individualized approach .There would be the following future changes in US healthcare

1) Growing emphasis on pay for outcome rather than pay for service 2) A whole person care integrated with mental and physical health.All these will be possible because of the technological advantages gains in many areas such as patient monitoring and surgical procedures growth in destination medicine and in future US health care delivary will be based on public -private partnership of medical advantage.There are many intiative that are undertaken such as race for healthy America which is pressurising government to look into the issue more seriously and results in massive consolidation of service providers and transparent health care system.
