Subject:- Reimbursement of the money spent on the sports events in university.

Respect sir,

Kindly want to draw your attention towards the fact that the sports events have concluded in the university campus successful with the grace of Almighty Allah. It was your efforts, that such a good sports event takes place in the university campus. Everything has been done in a well established manner.

Dear sir,as you know that such an event needs huge sums of money to be spent. I organize this event and spent a lot of money upon this sports event in the university. The sports event was successful from every angle ,from budget to spending. I have personally made each and every effort to make the event a memorable one. Each and every facility was provided to the participants during the event. A large sums of money was spent on refreshments of participants.

So sir, I am making a humble request to you kindly reimburse the amount of money that I have spent on the sports event organised by the university. That will be your most kindness
