How to keep your student data organized:
1. Inclusion of graphs tables etc.:
One can include graphs, tables, pie charts, etc. in order to keep their student's data organized. It would help in improving the presentation in the Student data, and it would be more attractive and easily understandable.
Eg: one can use different graphs denoting student's performance regarding different topics from the subject.
it would also help in easily assessing the trend of whether the students are improving or not. And it would help in focusing on every student by using different approaches for different students on the basis of their degree of improvement.
2. Using different colors denoting different variables:
One can use different colors to denote different variables for different students, and thus providing an opportunity to organize every single aspect of data related to students.
It would provide ease in retaining the data regarding every student also. Moreover it would also give it an attractive look.
Eg: one can use sticky notes of different colors like green for good performance, Orange or yellow for average performance, And red for poor performance in a test. And he can also denote different colors to the different students.
