Team activities and collaborations are one of the important elements for the working and living of an individual within a group. The experience of team activities and collaboration which I like to share here is the time when I was employed at my last organisation. To make everyone understand the importance of team work, an external or outdoor activitiy was arranged which was simply a Tug Of War. Groups were divided randomly of 5 people irrespective of gender age etc and two team used to play a match. Every team winning used to play with another team who won any other match. At last, the team who would have won all the matches will be rewarded with a good cashprize and trophy for appreciation. Thus, I was only allocated with a team of 3 men and 2 women including me as a team. We enjoyed ourselves, played and fought while laughing and trying our best. Although we didn't win the tournament but we did get to know each other and also learn to respect the differences and to learn how to work effectively in a team to achieve a target. This is what team work and collaboration is all about. To achieve the individual as well as team's target while making everyone learn.
