Luxury seatings or what are also referred to as boxes or suites who have been referred to as paradise in terms of square feet. By offering boiled down furniture to make the suites more than large, these mini high-technology centers provide luxury seatings for those who have greater affordability power. Apart from containing 12 to 16 luxury and lavish seats, they also include television sets, gaming facilities, fireplaces, swimming pools, and high-class food services. With so much infusion of capital investment in spots facilities by corporates, the luxury seatings domain is increasingly becoming the cash cow of the sports facilities arena.

The 146 suites at the American Airlines Center are in the price range of  $150,000 to $250,000 which an increasing lease of 5, 7 which can also go up to 9 years. These suites have their own class and offer a wide array of benefits that may range from technology-driven touch-screen monitors, television monitors with live analytics and feed, pure wet bars, exclusive restrooms, VIP parking.

The Yankee Stadium unlike American Airlines do not crave large commitments or leases but has the highest prices among the players in the industry for these suites — some suites at Yankee may go up to as many as  $800,000 annually. The legends seat category which is the luxury seating domain at Yankee stadium is considered to the most steepest and expensive offering price of $600 up which only gets increased up to $6000 per ticket.
