Discussion of health policy, we boiled health policy down to three questions with options for each question. Keep in mind that not all options are mutually exclusive. That is, you can use several options at once, if you wish. For each of the three questions, please select how you would design a healthcare system and why. More specifically, for each option that you choose, you should clearly identify: what are the benefits to that option; what problems does your chosen option help alleviate? What are the costs; what new problems might arise (or be exacerbated) as a result of this option? In your response, please clearly delineate between the three parts. Be sure your selected option(s) are clearly stated and that you answer both the potential pros/cons associated with each option.

(a) How should insurance markets work?

(b) How should moral hazard be controlled?

(c) How should health care provider markets be regulated?
