1. "Consumers perceive digital firms as offering more value". What do you think of that?
2. What do you think about this kind of interview question:
You have a birthday cake and have exactly 3 slices to cut it into 8 equal pieces. How do you do it?
3. The interview time should be about checking in on the culture of an organization; how do you measure/observe the culture and evaluate if it is a fit for you?

Yes, in my opinion too, digital firms may offer more value to the consumers than that of the brick and mortar stores. It is because digital firms use the internet to maintain its business processes as well as it's relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, etc. so it also provides many advantages to the consumers. Some values which consumers get such as it saves a lot of time, reduces hassles and risk, and also reduces costs. This way consumers can satisfy it's needed and wants in a better way.

If I were asked such kind of interview question, I would try to answer it in this way :
First, I will take the cake and cut it in a horizontal way so as to make it two equal cake pieces. Then I will cut the cakes in two vertical cuts across the center of the cake. These cuts will leave eight equal pieces of the cake with four and four topside and bottom side equal pieces.
Hope this helps :)
