For each profession there are some code of ethics which are mainly the obligations to clients, employers and other professional's. Ethical obligations are essential for technical managers. Code of ethics motivate professionals to work and educate new employees about their professional duties. A code of ethics defines responsibilities of professionals at workplace and sets punishments if violation has made. A code of ethics forbids the professionals to involve in deceive practices. Computer professionals must know their moral responsibilities and to whom they are responsible. Professionals in the field of data handling and data processing are mainly responsible for their employers and public. So there should be a set of guidelines or code of ethics that the computer professionals should follow. As data handling is a very sensitive job, every computer professional should be a responsible citizen first. Code of ethics includes a set of rules which limits the activities of computer professionals. For exa, in data processing world, privacy is a major concern as there are hackers who can easily steal your data. Code of ethics limits the professionals to discuss about their job outside.
